FOR PERSONS WHO ENTER THE SWEEPSTAKES THROUGH THIS CREATIVE PRESENTATION, THESE RULES GOVERN ALL ASPECTS OF PARTICIPATION AND PRIZE AWARD.

1. Introduction. Win at Home Game/Grand Prize Drawing ("Sweepstakes") is sponsored by ePrize LLC, One ePrize Drive, Pleasant Ridge, MI 48069 ("Sponsor"). Sweepstakes is offered in conjunction with multiple companies ("Promoters") through different websites ("Creative Presentations"), announcing many different prizes. The Promoter for this particular Creative Presentation is Telescope Inc., 11845 W. Olympic Blvd., Suite 695, Los Angeles, CA 90064. One (1) winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all entries received across all Creative Presentations. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which the entrant entered the Sweepstakes. All applicable federal, state, and local laws apply.

ONLY ONE (1) GRAND PRIZE ACROSS ALL CREATIVE PRESENTATIONS WILL BE AWARDED IN THE SWEEPSTAKES.

2. Timing. The Sweepstakes begins on January 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") and ends on December 31, 2010 at 11:59 p.m. ET ("Promotion Period"). The Sweepstakes consists of four (4) entry periods (each an "Entry Period") as outlined in the chart below:

Various Creative Presentations may be added throughout the Promotion Period. Sponsor.s computer is the official time-keeping device for this Promotion.

3. Eligibility. The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older. Void where prohibited. Employees, officers and directors of Sponsor and Promoter, their respective parents, subsidiaries, and agents, as well as the immediate family (defined as spouse, parents, children, siblings and grandparents) and household members of each such employee, officer and director are not eligible. By participating, entrant agrees to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding in all respects.

You may enter the Grand Prize Drawing through as many Creative Presentations as you like.

5. Selection of Potential Winner. Sponsor will randomly select one (1) Promoter's Creative Presentation from among all Creative Presentations for each Entry Period and Sponsor will then select one (1) potential Grand Prize winner from among all eligible entries received through the selected Creative Presentation, on or about the dates specified in Section 3 above. Non-winning entries will not carry over into drawings for subsequent Entry Periods. Entrant selected must comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. Each potential winner will be notified by mail and/or email within ten (10) days of the drawing. Except where prohibited, potential winner must execute and return to Sponsor, within ten (10) days of being notified, an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and Publicity Release ("Affidavit") in order to claim his/her prize. If a winner has not reached the age of majority in his/her home state, the prize will be awarded in the name of his/her parent or legal guardian. If a potential winner cannot be contacted within ten (10) days of the first attempt to contact him/her, prize is returned as undeliverable, or if he/she fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. In that event, an alternate entrant will be selected in his/her place at random from among all eligible entries received for the selected Creative Presentation for the applicable Entry Period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Winners will receive the prize 8-10 weeks after winner verification.

6. Prize. FOUR (4) GRAND PRIZES (one (1) per Entry Period): One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded per Entry Period. The prize for which an entrant is eligible depends on the Creative Presentation through which he/she entered. Accordingly, the Grand Prize for a winner who entered through this Creative Presentation will be: $50,000. Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor.s and Promoters. sole discretion. Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to substitute a prize with another prize of greater or equal value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for any and all applicable fees and taxes associated with prize receipt and use. The odds of this Creative Presentation being selected for each Entry Period depend on the total number of Creative Presentations during each Entry Period. If this Creative Presentation is selected for any given Entry Period, the odds of winning depend on the number of entries received through this Creative Presentation during the applicable Entry Period.

7. Publicity. Except where prohibited, participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes winner's consent to Sponsor.s and Promoter's use of winner's name, likeness, voice, opinions, hometown, state and country for promotional purposes in any media without further payment or consideration.

8. General Conditions. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes should virus, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, technical failures or any other factor beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper operation of the Sweepstakes. In such event, Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize at random from among the eligible entries received up to the time of impairment. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Sweepstakes or to be acting in violation of these Official Rules or any other promotion or in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage Sponsor's or any Promoter's website or undermine the legitimate operation of this Sweepstakes may be a violation of criminal and civil laws, and, should such an attempt be made, Sponsor and Promoters reserve the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

9. Release. By receipt of any prize, winner agrees that Sponsor and Promoters, their respective parents, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, and the agents, employees, directors and officers of these companies (the .Released Parties.), are not liable whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize or from winner's participation in the Sweepstakes.

10. Limitations of Liability. The Released Parties are not responsible for: (1) incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants, printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes (2) technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunctions, interruptions or disconnections in phone lines or network, hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the entry process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries; (5) late, lost, undeliverable, damaged or stolen mail; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property, including but not limited to entrant's computer, which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Sweepstakes, receipt or use or misuse of any prize, or from downloading any material from Sponsor's or Promoter's website(s), regardless of whether the material was prepared by Sponsor, Promoter or a third party, and regardless of whether the material is connected to Sponsor's or Promoter's website by a hypertext link. If, for any reason, an entrant's entry is confirmed to have been erroneously deleted, lost, or otherwise destroyed or corrupted, entrant.s sole remedy is another entry in the Sweepstakes, provided that, if it is not possible to award another entry due to discontinuance of the Sweepstakes, or any part of it, for any reason, Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may elect to hold a random drawing from among all eligible entries received up to the date of discontinuance for any or all of the prizes offered herein. No more than the stated number of prizes will be awarded. In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Disputes. Entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys' fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. Timing: The Promotion begins on June 1, 2010 at 12:00 a.m. Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on March 1, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. PT (the "Promotion Period") and consists of forty (40) weekly entry periods (each a "Weekly Entry Period") where each Weekly Entry Period begins on a Monday and ends the following Friday, except the first week of the Sweepstakes which begins on Tuesday June 1, 2010 at 12;00 a.m. PT and ends 11:59 p.m PT Friday June 4 2010 and the last week of the Sweepstakes which begins on Monday February 28, 2011 at 12:00 a.m. PT and ends on Tuesday March 1, 2011 at 11:59 p.m. PT. How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, viewers of The Price is Right will be invited to participate in The Price is Right Win-at-Home Game (.Game.) by calling the toll-free number featured on such invitation or by visiting the following websites www.playontv.tv, www.cbs.com/daytime, or www.priceisright.com and clicking the Game link to find the valid toll-free phone number to enter the Sweepstakes. Phone number is subject to change during the Promotion Period without warning. To enter, call the toll-free phone number during the applicable Weekly Entry Period, follow the instructions to participate and you will automatically receive one (1) entry into the drawing for the applicable Sweepstakes. Should an entrant win, he/she MUST be available at the phone number used to enter the Sweepstakes to receive his/her win notification and instructions on how to claim his/her prize; Sponsor is not responsible for changes in entrants' phone numbers. Drawings: Administrator is an independent judging organization whose decisions as to the administration and operation of the Sweepstakes and the selection of the potential winners are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Administrator will randomly select one (1) potential Sweepstakes winner from each Weekly Entry Period from all eligible entries received during that applicable Weekly Entry Period. Each set of drawings will include all of the previous month.s Weekly Entry Periods and shall be held on or around July 7, 2010, August 4, 2010, September 8, 2010, October 6, 2010, November 10, 2010, December 8, 2010, January 5, 2011, February 9, 2011, and March 9, 2011. Weekly Entry Period entries will not carry-over into subsequent drawings and will expire after each Weekly Entry Period. Each potential winner will be notified by phone. Each potential winner will be required to sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability & Publicity Release ("Affidavit"), which must be received by Administrator within ten (10) days of the date notice or attempted notice is sent, in order to claim his/her prize. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, or fails to sign and return the Affidavit within the required time period, potential winner forfeits prize. Potential winner must continue to comply with all terms and conditions of these Official Rules, and winning is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements. In the event that a potential winner is disqualified for any reason, Sponsor will award the applicable prize to an alternate winner by random drawing from among all remaining eligible entries in the applicable Weekly Entry Period. Only three (3) alternate drawings will be held, after which the prize will remain un-awarded. Prizes will be fulfilled on a monthly basis approximately 8-10 weeks after the potential winners for each month's Weekly Entry Period drawings have been verified.

6. Prizes:

FORTY (40) GRAND PRIZES (1 per Weekly Entry Period): each Grand Prize will consist of either one (1) check in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00) made out to the winner, OR one (1) electronic prize determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion with a retail value between Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($650.00) and One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00). Approximate Retail Value (.ARV.) of each Grand Prize is between Six Hundred Fifty Dollars ($650.00) and One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars ($1,200.00), depending on the specific prize being awarded.

For electronic Prizes: The ARV of electronic prizes is subject to price fluctuations in the consumer marketplace based on, among other things, any gap in time between the date the ARV is estimated for purposes of these Official Rules and the date the prize is awarded or redeemed.

For all Prizes: Prize is non-transferable and no substitution will be made except as provided herein at the Sponsor.s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize for one of equal or greater value if the designated prize should become unavailable for any reason. Winner is responsible for all taxes and fees associated with prize receipt and/or use. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received during the Weekly Entry Period.

Release: By receipt and acceptance of a prize, winner agrees to release and hold harmless the Sweepstakes Entities and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, advertising/promotion agencies, and prize suppliers, and each of their respective parent companies and each such company.s officers, directors, employees and agents (collectively, the .Released Parties.) from and against any claim or cause of action, including, but not limited to, personal injury, death, or damage to or loss of property, arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize.

In the event that production, technical, seeding, programming or any other reasons cause more than the stated number of prizes as set forth in these Official Rules to be available and/or claimed, Sponsor reserves the right to award only the stated number of prizes by a random drawing among all legitimate, un-awarded, eligible prize claims.

11. Disputes: Except where prohibited, entrant agrees that: (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Michigan (Southern Division) or the appropriate Michigan State Court located in Oakland County, Michigan; (2) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Sweepstakes, but in no event attorneys. fees; and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, indirect, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Michigan without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Michigan or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Michigan.

12. Sweepstakes Errors. The Sweepstakes Entities, Sponsor, Administrator, and their parent, affiliated and subsidiary companies and advertising and promotion agencies, broadcast affiliates and interactive voice response vendors, assume no liability and are not responsible for, and participants hereby forever waive any rights to any claim in connection with, errors and/or ambiguity: (a) in the Sweepstakes; (b) in any related advertising or promotions of this Sweepstakes; and/or (c) in these Official Rules. In the event of any ambiguity(s) or error(s) in these Official Rules, Administrator reserves the right to modify these Official Rules for clarification purposes or to correct any such error(s) without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Sweepstakes.
